Asparagus with Burrata & Chilli Oil

Let me paint you a picture: crunchy grilled asparagus drizzled with a spicy chilli oil, tossed on top of burrata and creamy za’atar mashed potatoes 🤤. My kind of comfort food for Spring! I am loving this chilli oil trend and had to share this one I make all the time. It is simply delicious drizzled over salads, noodles and like I’ve done in this video - Burrata! You can also store it in the fridge and use just warm it up gently in the microwave before you use it. What I like to do is just go with how I’m feeling and add as much of each ingredient as I fancy!

🌶 Garlic (loads and loads)
🌶 Coriander
🌶 Chilli Flakes
🌶 Salt + Pepper
🌶 Za’atar
