BBQ Cauliflower With a Green Drizzle

Just another BBQ Cauliflower recipe butttt with a refreshing green drizzle and tangy yoghurt 😋. I am loving the heat at the moment and have loved experimenting with new barbecue recipes! This worked really well in the air fryer as well as on the barbecue. The star of the show, however was @newmansownuk Sticky BBQ Marinade! It is tangy, sweet and smoky - the perfect combination! #ad

Save this for when you need bbq inspo!

Ingredients:
1/2 head of large cauliflower
3/4 cup @newmansownuk Sticky BBQ Marinade #ad
250g - 350g of yoghurt @oatly

Green drizzle:
5 leaves (taking off the actually stalks)
Huge handful of basil
1/4 tsp sugar/honey
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
Salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes

Method:
1. Firstly, chop your cauliflower into florets and marinate it with Newman’s Own Sticky BBQ Marinade for a couple of hours. Then pop it into the air fryer or onto a barbecue grill until it is slightly charred.
2. Make the drizzle by adding all the ingredients (tough stalks removed from the cauliflower leaves ) into a blender. Blend well until you have a smooth drizzle. Adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
3. Plate up with lots of yoghurt on the base, cauliflower florets and then the green drizzle. Top with toasted
pine nuts and sliced red chillies if you like a bit of heat!
