Harissa Tofu Fingers

I’m trying to switch my usual paneer and halloumi for tofu now so I wanted to try this out to make a plant based version of halloumi fries - something I can’t resist ordering at restaurants!

This is such a simple recipe and was really tasty alongside some salad 🥗 😋

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Rose Harissa/regular Harissa

2 tsp oregano

1 clove garlic (grated)

Salt

Pepper

1 pack firm tofu

Method:

Literally combine all the ingredients (apart from the tofu) together and mix well. Marinade the tofu in this mix for a few hours before you pop it into the air fryer and fry for 15-20 mins or until crispy.

I served this on some yoghurt and drizzled over some more of the harissa marinade which elevated the flavours even more!
