Wild Garlic Linguine

Ingredients:

20 leaves

Large handful basil

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp truffle oil

1 large pinch of @cornish smoked salt

1 slice of lemon mashed in

Pepper

1/2 cup of pasta water / as much as needed to make a smooth consistency

1/4 of @alpro soya cream

130g linguine for two people

Here’s a rough recipe for you to save:

Blitz together the wild garlic with a handful of basil, a large glug of olive oil (I used truffle olive oil which was amazing in this 🤤), and smoky sea salt. Add a dash of cream and water too to help this become a sauce/pesto texture.

Heat some of that truffle oil in a pan to fry the samphire then put in your sauce/pesto. Add some cream (I used half of single soya cream), some pasta water and then the linguine when you have your desired consistency. Enjoy with some fresh chillies and toasted pine nuts!
